In a world filled with screens and blinking lights, where technology promises connection but often creates distance, Miraforge was born from a simple, powerful question: How do we help our children build the best possible foundation for their future?

Our story begins not in a boardroom or a design studio, but in the shared experience of two lifelong friends and mothers. On one hand, there's a mom with over 20 years of experience in equity investment. Her professional life gave her a unique vantage point on the education market, seeing the trends and the business of learning. But it was watching her own two children grow, play, and discover the world that truly illuminated the gaps in a market saturated with passive entertainment.

On the other hand, there's a mom who has dedicated her life to the art and science of early childhood development. With 15 years as an early years professional and the founder of a bilingual Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool in Asia, she has seen firsthand how a child’s potential blossoms through hands-on, self-directed exploration.

We are different, yet we saw the same thing: a generation of children at risk of losing the art of play, the joy of touch, and the foundational skill of deep, imaginative thinking. We saw the rise of "interactive" toys, AI companions, and endless screen time actively hindering the sensory work that is crucial for brain development in the first six years of life.

We knew we had to do better for our kids—and for yours.

Miraforge, a name that combines mira (wonder) with the hands-on feeling of forging and creating, is our answer. We don't make toys that entertain; we create tools that empower. We believe that true learning for a young child happens not through a screen, but through their senses.
