Return Policy
You can initiate a return by logging in to your Miraforge account portal. We ask that return requests be submitted within 15 days of when your order was delivered.
Once a return is started online, you have 10 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If your return request is approved you will receive an email with instructions and a return label for your items. Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
- All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached and intact.
- Warehouse sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping for returns.
- Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
- Orders placed with store credit or gift card can only be refunded in store credit.
- If you wish to return your order based on a damaged or missing item, please reach out to customer care info@mira-forge.com rather than initiating a return through your online account.
- Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be brought to our attention within 20 days of the order's delivery.
- Any other questions about your order can be directed to info@mira-forge.com for resolution.
